Delivery availability depends on the selected market, seller or restaurant location, warehouse coverage, courier capacity, product type, destination, and legal restrictions. A product shown on the platform is not necessarily deliverable to every address.
2. Delivery addresses
Customers must provide a complete and accurate address, contact number, recipient information, and any necessary access instructions. Changes after an order is accepted may not be possible and can affect fees or timing.
3. Fees and delivery estimates
Available methods, delivery charges, taxes, duties, and estimated times are displayed during checkout or order confirmation where available. Estimates are not guarantees and may change because of stock, preparation time, weather, traffic, customs, security, peak demand, or other events outside reasonable control.
4. Fulfilment, handover, and tracking
Orders may be fulfilled by a seller, restaurant, pharmacy, warehouse, courier, or third-party logistics provider. Tracking information is provided when supported. Risk and responsibility transfer according to the transaction terms and applicable law.
5. Failed or refused delivery
If delivery cannot be completed because the recipient is unavailable, the address is inaccessible or incorrect, required identification is missing, or the order is refused, additional attempts, storage, return, cancellation, or fees may apply where lawful.
6. Restricted, perishable, and regulated orders
Food, pharmacy, age-restricted, temperature-controlled, fragile, high-value, hazardous, or regulated products may have special delivery conditions. Identity, age, prescription, signature, temperature, or handover checks may be required.
7. International delivery
Where international delivery is offered, the recipient may be responsible for duties, taxes, customs requirements, import restrictions, and local charges unless checkout clearly states otherwise. Customs or regulatory authorities may inspect, delay, refuse, or seize goods.
